Because of the loss of his match at April Cruels Day 2016, due to the stipulation agreed upon by all parties which led up to the match between Rik Luxury and SoCal Crazy for the Vendetta Pro Wrestling Heavyweight Championship at April Cruels Day 2016, one of Vendetta Pro Wrestling’s most accomplished athletes is now legally barred from challenging for Vendetta Pro Wrestling Championship Titles until April 8, 2017.

“Wrestling Personified” Rik Luxury, the three time Vendetta Pro Wrestling Heavyweight Champion, two time Tri-Force Champion and former then-Unified Tag Team Champion (with All Pro Wrestling) entered into his title match at April Cruels Day under the pretense that if he were unable to win the match and claim the title for an unprecedented fourth time, that he would be ineligible for challenging for ANY Vendetta Pro Wrestling title for 365 days. This was agreed to by his manager/lawyer “The Voice” Donovan Troi and Vendetta Pro Wrestling Commissioner Joseph Duncan. Luxury was unsuccessful at his bid for a fourth Heavyweight Championship in Vendetta Pro Wrestling, and thus, gave up his right to challenge for Vendetta Pro titles for 365 days.

As a result, Rik Luxury was also removed entirely from the Top 10 rankings due to ineligibility.

It is being reported that Donovan Troi has already begun the process of attempting to have Luxury’s eligibility reinstated through the courts. Vendetta Pro Wrestling will make more information on this available in the event of any changes due to progress made.
